"An excellent place to disconnect from everything and enjoy nature and the quiet! The cottage is cozy, clean and comfortable. The trails are amazing - you don't have to go off of the property if you don't want to, you can just enjoy. Take time out to look at the starts at night - they are incredible. The host was very responsive and helpful. We couldn't ask for a better vaction."

"A lovely property in a quiet cul de sac on Sand Lake. Spacious and well equipped. Ten minutes from Kearney for basic provisions and half an hour from Huntsville for all amenities. We had a problem gaining access to the property but this was rapidly resolved thanks to god communication with the host."
