“Really great option for staying at Deerhurst! The suite was very clean, great location in the heart of the resort and Frank was wonderful to communicate with. Very kind, available and thorough with his instructions. I'd absolutely recommend.”

“Great location, “private dock”, place was clean with exception of some beer bottles on the back deck. Hard to communicate with host. No ammenties, TV does not work, not much plates or glasses, and no soap or shampoo in showers. Beds were good and towels provided. Did have a small mouse pop up at the front door which is locked but no one minds an extra visitor right. I’d say not a bad stay but not as good as listing suggests. Book at your own risk.”

“We recently stayed at this cottage outside of Gravenhurst, and it was by far the worst vacation rental we have ever experienced. The property was not just dated—it was filthy and appeared to have been neglected. Upon arrival, there were no kitchen cloths, no paper towels, and only a 2 half rolls of toilet paper with no extras provided. The cottage smelled strongly of cigarette smoke mixed with mould. The dishwasher was full of partially cleaned dishes, and several kitchen cupboard doors were……

“This was a much needed vacation fir my hisband and I. The location is very serene and peaceful. The dome itself is spectacular and we both said "this is the coolest place I've ever stayed!" The hosts answered immediately when we had a question on site as well as any questions beforehand. The hot tub was an amazing addition and we are leaving like a cpuple of old prunes! Thank you for the chill vibes! ”

I came to Huntsville for a dance competition (my daughters are dancers). The owners gave us access to the condo 2 hours before the scheduled time, which was a huge help.I give the condo the highest rating of all.I will definitely book this condo again next year.”

“The place is as described, Frank is responsive. My experience was terrible though as we arrived to a condo that was left exactly as the previous guests left it, without cleaning. This not only made me feel terrible, it was an embarrassing situation as I was hosting my family from Europe. Upon contacting Frank, cleaning was arranged for a time that left us in the dirty unit for 20 hours.”
