Featuring an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, a modern bathroom, and built-in wardrobes in two of the bedrooms, this unit offers both comfort and style. There is off-street parking for one car, and a shared laundry is also available. Just 100 meters to Main Beach and 1km to the country club, you’ll be perfectly positioned for a relaxing holiday. Please Note: 'Village Centre 3' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released. Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email. A South West Rocks Accommodation holiday offers the perfect escape from the fast pace of modern life. This charming coastal town, located on the mid-north coast near the mouth of the Macleay River, is about a 5 hour drive from both Sydney and Brisbane. I understand bringing your own linen is common these days, but having minor necessities like that would go a long way.
