“We planned a last minute trip and found this room. We just left this morning. Sue was amazing to communicate with and answered all my questions. The check in and check out process was seamless. The room was clean, had all the amenities that we needed. We had 4 adults and a small child and we all slept comfortably. “4.5 stars The room was very nice. All the appliances worked. The host was excellent at communicating. The only issue was the AC. We were informed it wasnt working right. It was fine during day but at night, we need it at 72 but temp had to stay at 74 or warmer. We woke up sweating several times during nights. Property itself was under construction, elevators were few and long waits. Parking garage was small but the reserved spot was nice. We used ride share so we wouldn't have to keep……

“This condo was so cute and cozy. We stayed through the New Year’s celebration and were able to see the fantastic Fireworks right from the big balcony. The Emerald Resort is a beautiful place to stay with a great location. Check in was easy and parking was great too. Debbie was great, making sure everything was good and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the view from this 18th floor balcony. We also loved the huge table to work on some puzzles at night, since the sun……
