“We came a little before 4pm which was check in time. They said the room wasn’t ready wait till I get a text. After 4 I still didn’t have a text and they said keep waiting. Around 4:40 the person I was traveling with went up to the front desk and said we drove from Louisiana and the check in is 4pm if my room is not ready by 5 I want a new room. 5 min later it was ready. The person I was with has health issues so she inspects everything. Our listing said accessible room but we had to go through 2……
