“This place was not as advertised. Listing says “just remodeled”.Absolutely not.This rooms cleanliness was absolutely appalling. Blood and urine stains on the sofa bed, stains and questionable drip stains on the walls around bunk beds and all walls, layers of dust and mold on the baseboards,grout on floor was black and mildew/stinky shower curtains. The worst part was the ac-the compressor is in the closet right next to the bunks where kids were to sleep. We had to move the mattresses to the……

“This unit was a corner unit. The view of the beach was good. I loved that t had comfortable seats on the balcony. I coud sit in the shade on the balcony and enjoy the beach scene and time of day. It is on the 15th floor which made it high enough off the ground to not be so noisy, but did not take too long for the elevator to arrive. The unit was quiet, cool, and comfrontable. It was clean and well stocked. Parking was in a parking garage across the street but has a bridge walk across. Very safe.……

“We have a big family, and I brought the grand’s and the grandkids with us. This is a great property to rent. If you have a senior with you who cannot walk long distances to a beach. There were a couple minor things that happened that the owner responded to very quickly. I would not hesitate to rent this property. Resort has many fun and kid friendly amenities. No fault to owner, but with the sky bar being so close to the condo it can get pretty loud, especially karaoke night, but it was tolerable. “We absolutely can not recommend this rental enough! Wendy was so wonderful when we had some booking issue and was so accommodating! They also let us bring our two large dogs, which is so different from most rentals having a low weight limit! We and our fur babies cannot wait to stay there again! The home was clean and had all the necessities for us to grill a few nights while we were there. 10/10 recommend staying here; especially if you want to bring large fur babies! ”
