Immersed in the greenery of the Sienese mountain range, on the edge of a grove made of practicable paths, completely fenced, ideal for families with children who will have fun to spot Bamby and other animals. The house is equipped with large outdoor areas, solarium and terraces to enjoy the air and the sun in complete privacy. Inside large living areas, on the ground floor overlooking the forest and the garden, sofas and armchairs, fireplace, kitchen with oven and microwave, large table for 10/12 people. Always on the same floor 3 double bedrooms, bedroom with two beds, ideal for children and two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi. Upstairs open space area with giant screen TV, large sofas, desk, sofas and armchair beds for additional 4 guests, table and chairs to enjoy a good breakfast lit by morning light through large windows and patio doors opening onto a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and the lawn. Also on this floor there is a nice bathroom with a large and comfortable shower. In the basement there is another large open space with a living area where you can enjoy fresh air on hot summer days, a wine cellar with VINES available from local producers. Here is also the laundry area reserved for guests who want to use it. The property is completed with the outdoor area dedicated to the barbecue and a wood-burning oven suitable both for cooking pizzas and roasts in a typical Tuscan style. Firewood is available for both the oven and the fireplace. In the outdoor terraces you will find tables to eat outdoors, you can choose the area "in front", under the canopies, accessible from the living room that opens onto the large lawn and garden, this area that is also completed with armchairs and lounges / relax / solarium, or the large terrace overlooking the forest, directly accessible from the kitchen or the barbecue.
The villa is also located in a strategic position to visit Siena, from which it is only 11km of the provincial road, and all the other provinces of Tuscany, easily reachable in 1 maximum 2 hours. The towns and towns of historic interest in the province of Siena such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Montalcino, Montepulciano and Pienza are all within a 40-minute drive. What about the Romanesque churches of the area and the famous Abbey of San Galgano and Montesiepi, also a 30-minute drive away. Even the Tuscan coast is easily accessible, areas known as Castiglioni della Pescaia, Punta Ala and Follonica can be reached in max one hour by car and with little more Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. The property is also suitable as a place for intimate and reserved events such as marriage, baptism or birthday. On request catering service of well-known local restaurants, florist and cleaning staff, set-up tables and garden.
Nearby, Sovicille area, about 1km, are the pharmacy, bank, post office, supermarket and more.
Other supermarkets close to 5 and 7 kilometers. In the area there are farms, wine producers, producers of typical Sienese sweets such as ricciarelli, panforte, cavallucci, etc. All products purchased at excellent prices, directly from the manufacturer.
In the area and in the small village near the property there is a pizzeria / restaurant, an organic restaurant, a restaurant famous for the "Florentine".
On request chef at home or cooking class is available. Fabio Neapolitan pizza maker will be available in May June and July to teach the dough of true Neapolitan pizza! Also Wine Tours in the Brunello and Chianti cellars (always with advance reservation).

Great Tuscan countryside home!

Wonderful house for our family. Spacious and well appointed home with a charming rustic feel. It is a short drive to Siena. Marina is super helpful with any need you may have. We had a local chef come to the house to make pizzas for us one evening. It was terrific. Our family enjoyed the peace and quiet of this home in the middle of a busy trip around Italy.
