"Proche du centre historique. Logement avec peu de fenetre, a part des lucarnes dans la chambre (partiellement caché par des stores) et dans salle de bain. Propreté limite (odeur desagreable, et cafard). Store cassé, verre dépareillé. Heureusement il est proche de tout, avec les conseil de l hote pour les restaurants, c est les seuls points positif. "

"We stayed here for 3 weeks of July. It was a perfect location for us as we had the use of a car. The flat is very well equipped. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning. I would highly recommend this rental but unfortunately not for high season."

"The apartment is very well located on La Gran Via. The unit was clean, and the bathrooms and kitchen were remodeled. One unpleasant detail was opening the entrance door and noticing that a portion of the wood floor was missing, so you had to walk on the concrete slab. But overall, the stay was good. "

"Pedro is likely the nicest man in Spain and made sure we found place and got settled easily. Great location and very comfortable. Only downside was 4 floor and no elevator, but historic district and not allowed to put one in apparently. "

"Not central but in friendly neighbourhood with local shops and excellent and cheap bus service to the centre. Also there was a reasonably priced and very good taxi service. Air conditioning very good and outside space was especially welcome. As we were travelling through Spain washing machine was important to us and this was easy to use."
