“Very nice place to stay, friendly staff, Lorenzo was excellent - we speak Italian but he also speaks English well, too. Very close to the beach, nice little outdoor space and surprisingly quiet considering it's right by the road. Parking was easy in October but might be a bit tight in August. Will be back.”

“This is not a hotel. It is a group of rooms, each with an ensuite, that share a common lobby. They have provided everything you need. It's impeccably clean and has a ton of charm. A little tattered walls/paint but not a big deal. Wonderful staff! You have to take the stairs up and then take the lift. Once you leave the lift, you have to go down a flight of stairs again. There is a lot of street noise but it calms down later at night so sleeping was fine. Big TV. Outstanding location, close to……

“The location was excellent--one block walk to the beach. In addition to the beach, the entire strip up and down the beach has plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room itself was clean, well kept, and had fully reliable, fast-acting air conditioning, which was much appreciated given the summer heat. Luigi is incredibly friendly and helpful. “The room was great! It was really large, and the owners were fantastic as well with prompt communication. We didn't have a car, but there's a large parking lot available across the street if anyone is renting a car.”

Delightful staff member who greeted us warmly on arrival and made sure we had some breakfast prepared to take with us for an early flight. Blissfully comfortable bed.
