Love this hotel.

I have stayed here multiple times and I’ve always been very pleased with the cleanliness, the friendliness and the intent of the staff. Would not want to stay anywhere else.

This is the place to stay.

Stay here is very excellent. The staff is very attentive. They are very focused on keeping not only the rooms clean but the outside and inside as well. It is quiet and peaceful and highly recommended.

Was surprised at no elevator. HVAC was very noisy and refrigerator made weird noises late at night. Carpet in general areas were worn, but Staff was great!

Our stay here at Motel 6 in Springfield Ohio has been absolutely wonderful. The staff has been very kind and tentative to our needs. Which was very few because their attention to detail was so great.. The housekeeping has been awesome. Very attentive & meticulous to the cleanliness of our room and along with the hallways of the facility vacuuming the hallways everyday. Great places to stay highly recommended. 👍😁 five stars, hands-down, without a doubt.

The room was very nice and clean. Everything was great besides the bath tub stopper didn’t work so I had to plug it with a wash rag.

This is a get what you pay for property. I was attending an event with my dog and needed a location that would accept pets. The general cleanliness was okay and the ease of access from the highway was good. Unfortunately, I experienced my first cockroach in a hotel room. It appeared in the bathroom where it appeared there was some water damage to a base board. I'm a pretty low-key person but that was not a great find. I did bring to the attention of the evening manager who wrote it down in a notebook. He said I could potentially change rooms but when I got back at 10pm and was checking out the next morning I figured the rest of the building wasn't likely to be much different. I wasn't offered any room discount and follow up on my end is such a pain. I feel like there should be a laid-out plan for something of that nature so I don't have to hunt down a discount/refund.
