Spring Break 2025

This property is well maintained and in a great location. We love the neighborhood and the short walk to the beach. The pool is an added bonus! Butler Beach is our favorite beach!!!

Excellent for Relaxing Vacation

The house was very clean and the location is excellent. The historic downtown area of St. Augustine is only about 10 minutes or so away. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Spot!

One block away from beach access, neighborhood quiet, access to surrounding locations, all a plus for our trip. We visit once a year from St. Petersburg and will look into this property again on our next visit.

Beach Haven : Excellent rental home!

Beach Haven is a well-stocked, comfortable and beautiful rental home in a great location between 2 beach accesses. We loved having the pool and nicely maintained yards. I highly recommend Beach Haven!

Outstanding beach vacation home!

Beautiful home with pool, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Great layout, comfortable beds and furniture, and nice kitchen for making meals. Definitely stay there again! In fact, home is for sale and would be a great buy! Thanks for sharing your home to create some great vacation memories!

Loved this place

The house is as nice as it looks and you can’t beat the location. It’s a five min or less walk to the beach through a quiet neighborhood and down a board walk. We appreciated and used the pool and the charcoal grill. The house has a wraparound second floor balcony with views of the ocean in between the houses behind the house. Overall a very serene and comfortable place. Thanks Marty!

Beach Haven...Beach Heaven!!

We had a great stay in St Augustine Beach. The house was comfortable, roomy and very nicely equipped. The beach was an easy walk to a wonderful part where the sand was pristine and you can walk for miles in either direction. The pool was a very nice refresher.

Walk to beach!

The home is well appointed and well maintained. The host and property manager are very responsive. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach, which is a beautiful one nice and wide and soft sand.

Perfect comfort while In town for a celebration of life of a friend.

This house, location, accommodations could not have been more perfect. We also have rentals and stay in other rentals often. This was one of the best. You will not be disappointed if you choose this vacation rental.

Beach Haven

This is a well maintained, super clean and pet friendly home. The beach access is a 3 minute walk. The local neighbors are also very outgoing and welcoming. I would 100% stay here again. If you venture out at night, I recommend River and Fort and the Tini Marrini.

Peaceful retreat

I had a great time . The house was very clean upon arrival. We enjoyed the pool . Conveniently located , just a short walk to the beach. We saw turtles, rabbits, and tons of birds…. And with such a short drive to St Augustine, this place was perfect for us.

Love it!

We are repeat visitors to this house. This property is perfect for our family and dogs. Short walk to the beach, nice fenced yard with a pool to cool off in on those hot FL days. Very relaxing!!! Can’t wait to return again!

Vacation

This was a last minute booking and we all loved the location. It was a short walk to the beach which was not crowded at all. We would come back around 2 eat and then enjoy the pool. There is alot of restaurants around the house. We will definitely be back!

The house was beautiful and very clean. Everything was well stocked and we had everything we needed. The porch was perfect for sitting and enjoying the breeze and the view. The kids loved the pool. It was a short walk to the beach. We loved everything and would like to come back!

Would definitely come back

This house was great, really well equipped, nice pool. Any inquiries we had ahead of time were answered promptly and courteously. While our group was just four adults, we’d recommend for two families or a grandparent situation due to the very thoughtful layout of the house. Great neighbourhood, close to the beach. No beach chairs, but there’s a store really close by if you forget them.
