Sleeping arrangements
Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, this 5-bedroom retreat offers comfort across two spacious levels. On the first floor, a bunk room with two twin-over-full beds and a guest room with two double beds provide relaxed family accommodations. Upstairs, the ocean-facing master suite features a king bed and private balcony, while a second king suite overlooks Castle Ott. A serene queen bedroom completes the layout, each space filled with natural light and soft linens.

Indoor spaces
Spread across 3,600 square feet, the home offers room to unwind and reconnect. The first-floor game room includes a 75" HDTV with Roku, a foosball table, color-changing LED lighting, a Denon sound system, and a full-size refrigerator. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating ensure comfort throughout, while Wi-Fi, a washer, and a dryer bring everyday convenience.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Enjoy meals around the indoor dining table or step outside to the poolside propane grill and open-air dining area.

Outdoor living
Relax beside the private pool or take in beach, ocean, and pool views from the wraparound balcony. Pool heating is available upon advance request with an additional fee of $40 per day. Beach essentials are provided for carefree days in the sun, and free parking is available for up to four vehicles.

Neighborhood
Located in the peaceful Vilano Beach community, the home offers easy access to the shoreline, local restaurants, the Vilano Pier, and downtown St. Augustine. With a private entrance and keypad check-in, you’ll enjoy both comfort and independence.
