We enjoyed our holiday.
The condo met our requirements very well. It was well supplied, cozy and easy to settle into. We enjoyed our stay and loved the view. We very much appreciated the prompt response to a couple of issues we encountered. Our one suggestion would be to put some sort of mat into the tub. It was quite slippery and it would be easy to fall while showering.

Dated property but lots of fun for young kids
The apartment is cute and well decorated but very small; a good deal for the low price. It could use more light. The property and the pool area could use a facelift - broken pool chairs, for example, and broken shuffleboard pieces. Overall, a fun place for small children who have great fun in several of the pools.

Perfect Spot
My time in St. George was perfectly grounded each day with these accommodations. Every day I explored a different part of town and this place provided a perfect place to rest and recover. The view from the balcony was almost my favorite thing but they had this grey blanket that just helped me take the best naps. Thanks so much for sharing your place with me.

Cute little condo
This condo was great for us to stay in for a couple days. It was very clean and the decor is pleasing. The owners responded quickly to questions and were very helpful. Our only complaint is with the hours the resort clubhouse is open. It’s only open from 9 am-9 pm. Hot tub and fitness center access are both through the clubhouse, so you can’t workout or use the hot tub outside those hours. That was very inconvenient for our schedules because we were at baseball games and activities during the days and evenings, so we wanted to use the other amenities early morning and later evening. It would be great if the resort could work out better hours.

Very pleasant, I will return.
This was one of the best equipped, cleanest, and easy to access properties I have experience in 20 years of similar bookings. There was handsoap, kitchen knives (yes, we have had to purchase even the basics from other properties), spices, and bath toiletries. It would seem Anna was intent on making it a pleasant stay rather than wringing every dollar our of her guests. Great pricing as well. One problem with internet was quickly resolved. Highly recommend.

The view alone is worth booking this condo! Amazing! The condo has everything you need. It is small, so I wouldn't book for more than 2 people. Communication from owner was quick and helpful. I'll be back!

Nice quiet neighborhood. Good pools. Plenty of room for two of us. Nice view from bedroom balcony. Garage for bike storage was a big plus. Weekly cleaning was good. (sinks, tub, toilets, appliances). The unit could maybe benefit from a thorough deep cleaning to address mild odours. There are stains on the ceilings above range and in the bathroom.

Nice condo for a short stay!
This is a nice small condo for a single person or couple. The furnishings are in good condition and are comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our stay. Check in process was very easy. We also liked that we were close to lots of outdoor activities, which was the reason for our visit. The best thing was the view from the bedroom balcony. It was amazing!! The only thing we didn't really enjoy is the large and busy condo complex. It was a very busy place, and with this unit being on the 2nd floor (of 3 floors), it was also pretty noisy when the unit upstairs was occupied, which seemed to be all the time. Even with all the hustle-bustle, we could always find parking and felt safe and secure!

Perfect for two of us…have had many St. George vacation rentals…this is one of our favourites. The unit was well furnished…excellent kitchen stuff…quality laundry appliances…responsive owner… If returning to St. George, this would be our first choice.

Good location & great price
Stayed 3+ weeks. Liked the area & the Las Palmas resort. Swimming pools & other amenities are nice. The bathroom sink faucet sprang a major leak but the owners came over & replaced the faucet within a day. There was some construction going on in nearby units during the day and a noisy neighbor in the unit above us for part of our stay, but nothing under the control of the owners.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament. It was just me and my son. It was perfect for us. Very clean and does have everything you will need. It says it sleeps 5. I am unsure how that would be comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was a perfect location to the area restaurants and golf courses we used. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The owners were quick to respond to a minor issue with the tv, and even stopped over to assist in that manner. We were pleased with our stay at the condo!

This was our second stay at this condo at Las Palmas. For a couple it is the perfect size and the unit has everything needed to be comfortable for several days or longer. We prepared several meals and found the kitchen to be very well equipped. In addition there are quality towels and linens provided and an excellent washer and dryer which came in handy. A few things in the unit could use a refresh and we definitely noticed an odour when we arrived as was mentioned by other reviewers. but overall we enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the value offered compared to a hotel! Las Palmas is an older property and is showing its age somewhat. Many of the chairs by the waterfall pool were broken and needing to be replaced and the elevator only worked on occasion, for example. That being said it does have a beautiful pool area and the grounds and location are great.
