The property was beautiful. The food was lacking. We were diamond level and were challenged to get fresh food in the diamond lobby. As well it appeared that the staff had certain guests on pedestals while others (ie myself) were ignored.

Went to attend a wedding with my young daughter. The room has mold/ mildew on the walls. We moved rooms twice in 2 days and when i decided to leave on the 3rd due to the second room having mildew. I was denied a refund for the remaining 4 days. The staff is unaware of how to fix problems and accommodate guests. You get transferred around to different people and the problem is still unresolved. The restaurant staff and bar staff were pleasant. At night it took 2 hours to receive room service. The child care providers were sweet. But my daughter ended up getting virus from the play room. Overall the worst resort I’ve ever stayed at. And being Grenadian i wanted to experience a luxury vaca and I ended up having to get an Airbnb.

I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone to stay at and that says a lot. I have stayed at the Royalton St Lucia prior to staying here and was highly disappointed in the Royalton Grenada. This resorts major issue is the food and the customer service with the food. There is 24/7 room service but I tried getting room services several times for them to call me and say they were out of everything on the menu at 4pm. When they did have items it took hours for them to bring the food. I waited 3 hours for a grilled ham and cheese sandwich with fries. When it was delivered it was already cold. I ordered a fruit cup and that took an hour to bring. NYE all the guest had to put in reservations for the restaurants for the New Years Eve Gala Dinners. I had a reservation for 1 person at 8:20 pm. I was not seated until 9:45 pm although I could physically see there was an open table. The hostess kept walking away with no warning and would come back like nothing happened. The customer services in the restaurant was horrible. I have several other stories but I won’t go on. This not a good place to stay if you want a full all inclusive experience.

This is a beautiful property with some amazing staff. Shout out to Shirley, Kadeem, Darry, Lisa, Fedon, Dillon for making my stay worth it. I don't eat meat at all, the first day I meet my butler's I informed them of that, so that they make reservations in restaurants that can carter to me. Sadly on the morning of check out, I placed and order with room service, asking them to kindly have a veggie omelet with waffles sent to my room. While eating my veggie eggwhites I noticed an unusual taste, upon examining my food, I realized what I thought was a type of vegetable was exactly pork. I've never eaten pork in my life and I've been meatless for 15 years, and thanks to Rolyalton they broke my tradition, I had set in for years now. I gave up eating meat since my grandmother died from cancer. My last few hours at the hotel was horrible, instead of enjoying my walkout pool, and the property, I spent my time throwing up, feeling nauseous and very upset. I'm just greatful that I didn't have an allergic reactions because I traveled alone and if the worst was to happen I would of been found unconscious. I did a photoshoot with the hotel and had to pick it up upon checkout, I didnt even get to do that because of how I was feeling, im just so disappointed with how my trip ended, thats definitely not how anyone would want to end their trip. The resort did nothing to help me after I reported the issue no one came to the room to check on me.

The views were amazing no matter where you walk as the grounds are kept up very well! The property appeared to be very clean and all of the staff had excellent customer service. I was upgraded to an ocean view room which was nice but on the first floor. The room had a musty smell upon me entering the room for the first time. I didn’t complain since I was upgraded but after night one it was no way I was sleeping under that smell again which apparently came from The sheets. The sheets were not fresh but the maid came in and changed them the next day. On the 3rd day whoever cleaned my room put more smelly sheets or pillows on the bed! The pillows were just old, outdated, dingy and smelly! The tv options were premium and I enjoyed some good movies. It was bugs here and there throughout the room! I was on the 1st floor and the door had a small gap opening where these little worms kept crawling in. They were everywhere & absolutely annoying. You could kick them and they would roll up. The food was never hot at any restaurant I ate at and most of the food on the resort was not good at all. The only daytime option was the buffet. I was so disappointed in all the food the entire time I was there. The only thing that was pretty good was the dessert shop which had a good strawberry cake and I had ice cream with it. The entertainment in the resort was very dry except for the guy Asa at the pool. Asa and the gang at the pool was very fun and entertaining during the daytime. Not luxury

Royalton is consider to be a Luxary resort but in this case the resort didn’t meet that stander. The staff was horrible, they always had a face and didn’t want to be bother with anything. I stood at the diamond club and the staff there were worst than the main lobby. They didn’t want to be bother for anything and if you did ask for something they didn’t even try to assist. The room service option on the tv where different than what they deliver and they use to forget items that you requested even the utensils weren’t deliver with the food. When you requested a cart for transportation it will take 30-40 minutes for it to arrive. The restaurants should have more selection of food and the display should be better. The food was always half empty or empty. They didn’t bother to clean the area around the food there was always a mess. You had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive to make you pasta or eggs. They should have more staff available so that you won’t have to be waiting so much. The serving staff will take so long to bring you water or your beverage to your table. There was always an issue for reservations for the restaurants and if you did make reservations you had to wait longer for your table to be available. The food for the French restaurant was serve raw and they didn’t bother to offer a different plate they just remove the plate from the table with no explanation. Overall it was a horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at that resort.
