“Noice from the lobby i can hear at my hotel room on 2/F Manager told me that she doesn’t know how to solve the problem as the room is provided to me. No other rooms was offered and customer service was not good enough for problem solving ”

“Lovely room, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious.”

“Great room renovation. Very friendly staff”

“Stayed as we were attending the Creamfields festival, great location in a nice area. What really made our stay memorable were the hotels staff who were so friendly and welcoming as well as happy to help! Big thanks to everyone for our stay!”

“I booked a two-single-beds room and brought my small dog with me. There was plenty of parking available, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was not modern in design, but it was tidy and clean. Both air conditioning and a radiator were installed. There was no bathtub, only a shower, but the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The bed was a little too soft and did not provide enough support for me. All the staff were helpful, nice, and friendly. Dogs were not allowed in……

“環境清潔 有電陶爐及微波爐可以作簡單煮食 最高三層，需步上樓梯。”

“Hotel and staff were great , food at breakfast and dinner were great , good size portions, although we were charged different prices from what was on the dinner menus , only downside was the reception was at the bar , I think it should be separate , if the bar is busy ( which it was ) as we arrived early Saturday evening you need to wait , but overall everything was great”

“The room was terrible, the Tv didn't work and the radiator didn't work the bed was practically on the floor and the shower was broken”

“Clean comfortable room, good choice for breakfast.”

“The cooked breakfast on the Sunday morning was very slow to arrive, this was the case for everyone else too. Hotel currently having some refurb work taking place however this hotel looks like it need major cash investment into it. Room was clean bathroom looks like it still needs work to it.”
