"Sauna advertising misleading, there was only limited sauna availability and it was needed to book unlike normal hotel where you just go to sauna on its opening hours. Having sauna was the only reason to book the locale. There is no staff support in evening, no way to contact a person in case of issues. Check in purely electronic which again is not informed before doing the hotel booking. Advice to avoid the place, there are better services available "

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast buffet, good location for walking around Litzelstetten, catching a local bus into Konstanz, which is a very beautiful town, or driving a short distance to the Insel Mainau or to the ferry across to Meersburg. "The reception desk was located inside the Hotel Restaurant/Bar, which was a little surprising to us. Our key card to access the room was also used to activate lights, Air conditioning etc. in the room, which was unique. When walking through the corridor one would be listening to bird sounds and that was very nice and calming. Parking was available in a Parking Garage across the hotel for a fee collected by the hotel. Overall we had a great stay. "

"Large top floor room with views of lake! Hotel directly across from train station, very convenient! We were there during a Harbour festival so was loud with windows open, but the band was great 😉! Great location for exploring Konstanz, tons of places to shop and eat and drink! Above a McDonald's so....late night snacking made easy! Front desk only avaliable until 9pm. They do have self check in for later than those hours."

Beautiful stay at Hotel Viva Sky, Konstanz

"Good amenties. Room with balcony. Spacious room with lots of storage space, safe. High quality breakfast buffet, on the 8th floor, inside or outside, with a spectacular view of Konstanz. Great location, near train station, old city, shopping, transportation. Lots to see and do. As seniors, a very safe place. 5 stars!!"

"Modern hotel, on the river front with good amenities. Very light and airy. It is a 20 minute or so walk from the old town / railway station which suited me but worth bearing in mind. My room was large and spacious with a partial view of river. Very pleasant dining room, overlooking river where they serve a very good breakfast with huge choice. On top floor there is a spa, relaxing atmosphere - I booked a massage and the therapist was delightful. Reception staff were helpful and cleaning staff accommodated a special request I had. Great place for a few nights in a lovely town, plenty of nature and walking options nearby."
