3 NIGHT MINIMUM
A spacious 405 sq ft ground floor studio condo, just a 3 minute walk to beautiful St Pete Beach. It's possible to spend time here and not have the use of a vehicle as everything is close buy including a well stocked convenience store 3 minutes walk away on Gulf Blvd. There is also free transportation available within the St Pete Beach area for locations a little farther away. A queen size murphy bed with a new mattress will allow even more space during the day or may be left down if you find that more convenient. Well equipped with a new 43 in flat screen TV, stereo and DVD player. A new leather lazy boy recliner with side ottoman for relaxing. Full size fridge and new 4 burner stove with full size oven, crock pot, new microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender and hair dryer New beach chairs and beach umbrellas . Pool noodles also in condo. This unit is nicely accented with furniture and pictures plus all linens are included as are cable tv and strong wi-fi. Land line phone for free calls to Canada and U.S. A very comfortable air conditioned unit with a separate dressing area and loads of storage space. Luggage drop off may be possible.
This smaller complex has a lovely heated pool as well as a charcoal BBQ area to grill in. Just outside your door you may also relax in the beautifully landscaped garden area complete with a gazebo, chaise lounges and chairs. Many restaurants, outdoor pubs, entertainment and grocery shopping within a short walking distance. Electronic parking pass included. No pets allowed and smoking only in designated areas. Come and enjoy leisurely morning walks on the beach and beautiful sunsets.

Great place and Location

Very nice and clean..Short walking distance to the Ocean, Restaurantt, shops as well . Would for sure book here again . It was great having the beach chairs available, they came in handy..

Great location, nice and quite and walking distance to most places, beach, bars, restaurants and a few stores, for other places can use the free beach rides.

Great location

Located just minutes away from the beach, easy walk. Parking was great, even when the weekend crowd arrived we had parking available. Pool area is beautiful and the garden area is a quiet place to sit and relax.

Really nice small condo. Well outfitted with everything you need. Super location right by the beach. Just a 1/2 block walk to the sand. Location, location, location! Well-kept heated pool. It's easy to have a great time here.The owner was quickly available to respond to any questions.

Perfect location

This was a WONDERFUL , sweet little studio apartment. The location was exactly what we were looking for. It was a very easy short walk to the beach. This is somewhere I look forward to staying again. Plenty of food options within walking distance or a short Uber ride.

Should’ve stayed longer

My wife and I had a great time during our long weekend visit for her birthday. The local food was so good! We were able to catch one of those sunsets and it did not disappoint. We will be back soon and will definitely stay here again. The condo was just what we were looking for and perfect for us.

The condo was the perfect size for my husband and myself. The location was perfect, and the beach was beautiful. The host was very easy to work with and was always available for any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Perfect location

This is my second stay with this host. He is extremely helpful and quick respond yo questions. I just love this condo location and ease of getting to and from the beach. It is the perfect location. Walkable to so many restaurants I am certain I will be back.

This condo is very close to beach and many restaurants. Owner gave us several suggestions on things to do. Condo is clean, comfortable, and very quiet. We recommend.

Perfect little getaway

Staying at this property was a great experience from start to finish. The owner was very good about communication and even went out of his way to send us all of his favorite locations separated by walking and driving distance. The location of the condo was conveniently located to places to eat and a convenience store and was seconds away from the beach. The condo was perfect for two people and was nicely stocked with kitchen items and beach chairs. I would definitely stay here again **oh side note, plenty of parking which is sooooo nice

Seamless

Everything was seamless and smooth. Communication was excellent from the very beginning. Parking was amble, and safe (we had a high end car and it was never bothered at all). Apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed plus more than we expected (beach chairs, umbrella, carrying basket). Bed, couch and chair were comfortable to sit and sleep on. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfectly fit our needs

The condo was just right for the two of us. It was clean and had plenty of supplies like towels and toilet paper. We were worried about the Murphy bed but it was comfortable with plenty of pillows. We were very close to the beach which was our number one priority. Just a two minute walk to the beach where we could rent an umbrella and lounge chairs. The condo had an umbrella and chairs but we chose to rent so we could lay down in the chairs. The pool was very nice and heated. We went there a couple times but really spent most of our time at the beach. It is a non-smoking property but we were able to hang out on the sidewalk to smoke; we were only bothered about it once by a full time resident and we respectfully moved. Don kept good communications with us and registered our vehicle so we could park in the reserved spots. We never had an issue finding a parking spot close to the condo. Overall we had a great experience and look forward to coming back in the future.
