The costumer service was horrible , the rooms were disgusting we didn’t end up checking in still waiting for our refund on the booking we would never stay at this hotel it looks like people actually live at this hotel the room were they showed us had a horrible smell broken window no air conditioning unit in the ac units place there was a birds nest of some sort horrible property

It’s only five minutes from Gulfport Beach. And only 20 minutes from treasure Island the pool was clean and refreshing. Landscape was gorgeous! The best part of my experience was the staff. I would like to thank each and everyone of them individually. Diedrea my Gemini, Argela, Tammy, Davon you were awesome, Kieshisha, Jason an extra shout out to you for fixing my air conditioning and had it nice and cool. Last but not least Mona. Thank you all for a great vacation. I will see you next year same time.

The staff was very helpful and very sweet, the room they put us in however was dirty, no pictures or anything on the walls and the lock on our door was not locking and unsafe. There were needles from drug use just laying around. The neighborhood was very unsafe as well. I honestly would not ever stay there again. I even gave them my dirty towels expected replacement, they told me they had to wash mine and then would return the same ones to me that was weird. Ya would think they had extra. Please please please reconsider staying here.

The staff is amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice to deal with. Great value in a handy location with decent rooms. It’s not the Ritz but it’s a safe, clean place to stay that is close to everything and even has a nice pool area.

Not only was my service request for the A/C not acknowledged for my entire 2 week stay, the staff wrongfully tried to with hold my deposit on false accusations. When the police arrived and the staff were proven wrong, they uncharged me for the next booking. Don’t stay here, they are all crooks.

I lived twelve days there, they didn't even provide clean sheets or pillows, all the towels were stained, old. They didn't come to clean the rooms. On top of lack of hygiene, the staffs seems rude and not cooperative at times.
