The Freddie is a newly updated 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom coastal cottage style home. It comprises: an open floor plan that has the kitchen with island seating for 3, dining table for 6, and living room with a fireplace. There is a beautiful screened in porch with ample seating for relaxing. The master bedroom with a king bed is on the first floor. Upstairs you will find a sitting area, a bunk room that sleeps 5, and a king guest bedroom. All bedrooms have ensuite baths and hair dryers for use during your stay.

A family friendly home with a private backyard and fire-pit area in the heart of St. Simons and a short golf cart ride to the beach or village. Whether you are looking for a coastal retreat to get away or a home centrally located to dining, shopping, and the beach for the perfect vacation, The Freddie is for you.

A canopy of old Oaks covered in Spanish moss will greet you with true Southern Charm when entering St. Simons . If you are looking for relaxation, beach, tidal pools for your children to splash in, award winning restaurants, and small boutique shopping, you'll love your stay in our home. The Freddie is located on Frederica Road, centrally located for walkable shopping and dining in Red Fern Village, award winning BBQ at Southern Soul (featured on the Food Network), and a quick 2 mile ride to the pier or beach access.

A car, golf cart, or bikes are the easiest way to get around. There are sidewalks on Frederica Road so that you can easily and safely explore on foot or bike!
