“★☆☆☆☆ – A Distressing Experience I Would Never Wish on Another Traveller I booked this property through Expedia for one night and, before travelling, emailed the owners several times to explain that I would be arriving with my trained psychiatric assistance dog. Every email was ignored. Had they simply replied before I travelled, I would have cancelled my booking and stayed elsewhere. Instead, I travelled to the property alone with four suitcases, only to be told on arrival, "We don't allow……

“Starting with the owner who was very helpful. The quaint and quiet location was ideal for getting to Heathrow Airport. Using bus 442 it was an easy short trip from across the street to Staines and an awesome amount of shopping and entertainment and restaurants. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was quiet, and the feel was like a bread and breakfast without the breakfast. Considering the price, location, and quality of stay I highly recommend The Lodge. If you……

“接待員喝醉了，房間內只有兩張床，連椅子都沒有，这里是公共衛生間的，看來只是兩星的酒店，wifi密碼也不供給，一斷开便沒得用，大家要注意！”

“Nice, old classy place, well kept with up to date furniture and a mini frig stocked with free snacks and drinks, but the advertised free self-parking is only in the street, which fills up quickly. They have a small front yard where a few vehicles can park after checking in for a cost of ten (10) British pounds.”

“Great location, room was clean, staffs were always helpful ”

“地點非常理想，距離地鐵站步行只是5分鐘，但環境清靜，而且沿途有很多食肆，只是房間有點兒細”

“沒有拖鞋提供，需自備。沒有電梯，但職員很好，會幫助把行李拿到房間”

“房間及沖涼地方整潔 有毛巾提供 可以自己調節冷氣 Common area 好”

“房間整潔，餐廳空間寬敞，職員有禮！”

“The front desk staff were friendly, and the bathroom was spacious enough, but the room facilities were rather basic.”

“Good hotel”

“Big room and good mattress only”

“The worst hotel that I ever stay , no service no quality, no one even help when I need anything in the room and u need to walk to ground floor but the staff service is bad too ,the room without tv, window … even some basic equipment also no if u enjoy no fresh air please feel free to stay”

“Location is pretty well to reach anywhere. The price is not friendly for a single person traveling but except for this, all good.”

“Undergoing refurbishment currently, older parts and rooms very dated and run down. Good location for first time in London. Public transport bit out of the way, bring good walking shoes unless you plan on calling for taxi or Uber all the time.”

“Everything is bad…………………..”

“Firstly, I found what appeared to be dried yellow-green mucus on the wall beside the bed. This was unpleasant and unhygienic, and I had to clean and disinfect the area myself using wet wipes. Secondly, the mini fridge in the room didn’t function well when I was out of the room. I suspected the electricity in the room was cut when I took out the key from the socket. After being away for the entire day, I returned to find that the fruit and drinks I had stored inside were only slightly cooler……
