Our home is located on a quiet street yet walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants. Walk right down the street to a park with playground or two streets over to a Starbucks! All linens (sheets, towels, blankets, pillows) provided.

Charming stay

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home. The waffle maker breakfast was a perfect plus, and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was absolutely lovely! It was so clean, tastefully decorated, and in a beautiful area. We were so close to Penn State where our son is living white working on his PhD. Dawn was wonderful to deal with and promptly answered any questions that I had. I will absolutely stay here again when we come back to visit our son!

Wonderful stay

We were in town to do a college tour for my daughter and found this wonderful propoerty. It couldn't have been any better. The house was cozy and wonderful, "check in" was very easy, and the notebook about the property/town was just the cherry on top of a wonderful stay.

Weekend trip for NCAA volleyball

Enjoyed our stay and nice to have a place where the kids had separate bedrooms, and the kids loved the morning waffles. Clean, quiet, and a quick drive to campus.

A wonderful place to stay for a few days

I booked this property for a personal trip to fly fish in the State College PA area. The property was clean and comfortable and the communication with the owner was top notch. I will stay there again this June

Adorable home with a comfortable feel.

This home is welcoming and comfortable. The cleanliness and design of the home make it so inviting. A wonderful location for activities at Penn State and close to shopping and restaurants. 10/10 would recommend!

Great house

Things were clean and decorated tastefully! We had plenty of towels for all 8 of us and the children’s room was a delight to our children with so much fun stuff to play with! We would stay again if we came into the area!

Great neighborhood

This place was perfect for us while visiting for a sports camp. Close to campus, very clean and a short walk to Starbucks! Dawn is very responsive and great to work with. 5 stars!

Excellent stay!

We stayed while the kids were competing in the PSU Ultimate Club Duals. It was approximately 10 minutes from the gym and the house was perfect. Check-in was seamless and we have no issues with anything.

The house was super clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to campus. Out front, there's a covered patio/porch great for hanging out outside. Communication with Dawn was friendly and polite. We would stay here again.

Perfect experience

I rented the property so family members attending a large family event could enjoy time together rather than staying in separate hotel rooms. Mission accomplished. Everyone loved the home, which was lovely and exactly as described. Dawn was a wonderful communicator and excellent overall host.

Communication and check-in was super responsive and smooth. House was clean, comfortable and had space for the family of four who flew in from CA and the three additional adults. We were able to have a great reunion with easy access to football game and nearby restaurants.

Lovely stay

Wonderful and clean property with some nice little perks. My daughter was very entertained by the kids toys and bubbles, and waffles were a nice touch! This place was very well stocked and felt extremely clean. I love the neighborhood too and the ability to walk to the stores. I especially loved the front patio. Thank you!

Spotlessly clean, beautifully updated & convenient!

We enjoyed a long weekend at Dawn's beautiful home and I cannot recommend it enough. Updated, modern, comfortable and spacious for our party of 3 adults. Only a couple blocks off the main shopping area but extremely quiet and walkable- even for my elderly dad. Minutes from campus and major highways. We will definitely be back!
