With a private hot tub and fireplace on ground floor heated patio, and direct access to the pool and path to the ski slopes, this is one of the most desirable units within the highly sought after Trappeur's Crossing Resort. It has high end finishes, furnishings, and decor throughout. Hardwood, Granite, Marble, Travertine, and Slate finishes are featured. Though this condo is within a fairly new building, it has seen some upgrades already, including new hardwood flooring and new carpets throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and then some, with stainless steel appliances, including a gas range. You will find HD Roku TVs in every bedroom and free wifi. Each bedroom also has a private en suite bathroom or a dedicated bathroom right across the hall. With a 1 split Bearpro adjustable King, 1 Bearpro King, 1 Bearpro Queen, 4 Bearpro Twins and a sleeper sofa, this condo is ideal for pretty much any group of 8 to 12. Please note that the two upper bunk Twin beds have a weight limit of 150-200 pounds. One of the best features is the private patio. This patio features an over-sized outdoor fireplace, a large private hot tub, and plenty of furniture. The unit faces east, towards the ski area, giving you nice views from all rooms, especially when there is a nice alpenglow turning the ski area pink and red. In the summer the patio gives you afternoon shade. The patio also provides you with direct access to the Mountain Sneak Trail, which is a paved path leading directly to Gondola Square, only about 350 yards from your door! Summer guests will stay cool thanks to the air conditioning, and the ground floor location gives immediate access to one of the four pool areas! Of those 4 pool & hot tub areas, you have both indoor and outdoor pools. Not only are the pools heated, but the pool decks are heated as well, to melt away the snow. Other on site amenities include 2 tennis courts, full locker rooms, a large co-ed sauna, a complete fitness center, a guest lounge, even BBQ and picnic areas and a fire pit. The clubhouse also has a front desk, a bar with coffee, tea, newspapers. Make sure to stop by for the weekly Summer Socials and ski season Apres Ski parties which are catered with food, wine & beer, all free for lucky guests and in town owners. Ski season guests can also take the free private shuttle anywhere in town, including to the Old Town Hot Springs or the Howelsen ice rink. ** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property.
