Welcome to the Scenic Serenity, a place to call home for your Steamboat Springs adventure. This cozy studio condo is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a full-size kitchen with a two seated bar and updated bathroom. Up the spiral staircase, you will find an open lofted layout featuring a queen-size bed, along with a dedicated work station offering gorgeous valley views.

The Space:
Welcome to our cozy studio condo, make yourself at home!

The main floor features a comfortable living area with a plush sofa and a cozy fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cookware for meal preparation.

Upstairs, you'll find a loft space with a queen-sized bed and work station with a beautiful view.

During your stay, you'll have access to our building's amenities including a shared pool, two hot tubs, fitness equipment, lounge and ping-pong table. Our condo is located just two blocks from Gondola Square, but is just a short drive from downtown where you'll find plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

We can't wait to host you and make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Guest Access:
You will have use of the entire unit. Check-in details are provided to you after you book. On the day of your arrival, our team will provide you with the most updated door code, detailed directions, and other important information regarding your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Near the ski mountain and town, you will find the best of all adventures Steamboat has to offer!

Getting Around:
Steamboat's Free bus, Purple line, stops 504 and 505 are at this property. To go to town or the mountain a transfer is needed, inform the driver of your goal and they will assist you in the transfer.

Other Things to Note:
You will be required to walk down a few stairs to the ground level of the building to access this condo, no elevator is provided.

The fireplace is disabled for the summer season May - November.

Amenities at the community: All of the common area amenities, including the hot tubs, pool, volleyball court, fitness equipment, clubhouse lounge, ping pong table or grill stations may be closed for all or part of your stay with us. The HOA are following all state and local guidelines which could change at any time. Please check with our team before arrival for the current status of the amenities at this property.

Please Note: Only one parking pass is available for the unit, which is highly enforced during our peak tourist seasons.

Located on the free city bus route, there are two bus stations by this complex, Lower Rockies and Upper Rockies. This route loops around the Rockies and makes various stops at the mountain area on its route back to the Mountain Village/Gondola Transit Center and easy trips to downtown Steamboat Springs or the grocery store.

Like most mountain homes, this unit is not equipped with AC. We provide fans in the summertime to pull the cool night time mountain breeze inside.
