Walk out back of building, across a parking lot and click on your skis! It's that simple. At the end of the day, ski right to the back door of the building. Community Hot Tub(seasonal) Deck with mountain views Large flat screen TV Gas Fireplace Ski locker Coin operated washer and dryer in building Elevator Free parking pass provided for one vehicle (HOA only allows parking for a single vehicle per unit) -RVs, campers, trailers, etc are not allowed to be parked in the lot or street per the neighborhood HOA. No Smoking or Pets Allowed Storm Meadows is simply one of the best rental property locations in Steamboat, right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing ski-in and walk-out accommodations. The beautifully updated and remodeled property offers an open living area with comfortable seating on a sofa (pulls out for a 2nd bed) and chairs. Lay in bed and take in the slope views or sit back and relax on the sofa by the gas fireplace and watch movies on the large flat screen TV. Off of the living area is the updated kitchen, featuring gorgeous counter tops, beautiful stainless appliances, wood cabinetry and two counter bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking a meal. There is a rustic, wood dining table with seating for 4 in the living area, perfect for a family or two couples. There is a an accordion door that can close off the bedroom to separate form the living area/pull out sofa and turn this studio into a 1 bedroom. The updated full bathroom is right off of that area and includes a glass shower. There is a secured ski locker in the building for all of your gear and free parking outside the building. During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near base area where you have access to other activities and plenty of kid friendly options, free concerts and movies. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. The place was nicely heated and comfortable, which was perfect after long days on the mountain, and the bathroom worked great.I stayed here with my husband and our daughter. The great location just off Right-O-Way allowed my husband and I to get on and off the slopes each day with ease. The shared hot tub was never busy and was a relaxing end to each ski day. We used the well equipped kitchen to make breakfast in the mornings and even cook a couple of dinners as well. Best of all, the iTrip team was super responsive and it only took a couple of text messages to line up the free shuttle to take us into town for dinner or grocery shopping. With all the snow, it really couldn't have been a better week! The unit was super clean, and the kitchen had everything you could need to cook! We loved the fact that it was right on the mountain with a short walk out the back door to the ski area! Small but nice property close to the slopes. Had most everything we needed (except a can opener)! Kitchen had spices and nice knives, well equipped! Beds were comfortable, including pull out couch.
