“1. There were many dead bees to start off with
2. Bedside lamps didn’t even work so we had to sleep with the main light on.
3. The pressure of the sink in the toilet was disastrous as it was too high and would go everywhere and the water kept turning on and off .
4. The main light kept flickering.
5. There was also no staff in the property and when we faced some problems in the night and we weren’t comfortable to phone them in the night .”

“My room was cosy and provided all that was necessary. Having arrived, by bus, before the check-in time I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner and shown to my room. Breakfast was well catered for, although I may have missed this in the itinerary, apart from there not being a cooked option. All in all a good experience.”
