“When I checked in i went via the PUB entrance and the owner was a bit surprised to see an Indian family having booked into their century old pub. The pub itself is mazing, very well maintained with old beams and stones and cozy tables and corners. The rooms are on first and second floors with everything you can wish for. Large comfortable beds , sitting chairs, standing shower everything. The staff are helpful and polite and they offer a sumptuous breakfast( paid separately). Placed very……

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful and Memorable Stay We had such a lovely stay at the Radcliffe Guest House in Ross-on-Wye and genuinely could not have asked for a warmer welcome. From the moment we arrived, Geoff and Kim were incredibly friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. Geoff kindly helped us carry our luggage to our room when we checked in, which was such a lovely personal touch. Ali, a kitchen worker was apologetic & accommodating & said he would call house keeping back. We went off for 1 hour but returned earlier than anticipated as my partner wasn’t feeling well. “1. There were many dead bees to start off with 2. Bedside lamps didn’t even work so we had to sleep with the main light on. 3. The pressure of the sink in the toilet was disastrous as it was too high and would go everywhere and the water kept turning on and off . 4. The main light kept flickering. 5. There was also no staff in the property and when we faced some problems in the night and we weren’t comfortable to phone them in the night .”

“Was ok, not what I thought it was though the website made it look more modern, alittle bit pricey for one night and not very easy to locate as the entrance was obscure an no phone reception in that area, no box or tray to put key when we left, if you like cats its purrrfect”
