He made a trip for my wife and I absolutely spectacular! He made time to get to know us before we even arrived as to what our likes and needs were. It was my wife’s bday and he went out of his way to leave a personalized cake waiting upon our arrival. My wife was overjoyed! His communication was on point and attended to our every question and need. The place in itself is the perfect most serene stay away from the hustle and bustle. The views are unparalleled! We were further treated by a peacock every morning as well as prancing deer running through the fields as we looked out the spacious patio deck. The place was immaculately clean and spacious. The dual shower was therapeutic! The bed made you never want to get up. This was by far one of the greatest stays my wife and I have ever had and highly recommend everything James presents. It’s pretty secluded, lots of wildlife and open skies. The cabin was incredibly clean and well lit. The hosts made the place feel cosy. They have some board games and a Bluetooth speaker. Quiet, beautiful, relaxing, and an overall wonderful place to stay. The views were amazing and the birds singing was a joy. We saw deer, turkeys, horses, and even an orange cat came to visit. The cabin is just as advertised and is clean, well organized, and situated on an amazing property with a beautiful view of the countryside. The best thing about it is you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but you are actually surrounded by lots of activities including the 290 wineries and Fredericksburg, Johnson City and Blanco, and Luckenbach. But our favorite activity is simply sitting on the deck and enjoying the peace and serenity. This was the perfect getaway. We left feeling relaxed and replenished; in fact, we didn’t even want to leave! It a short drive to all of the of the vineyards, breweries, and distilleries. We had no problem getting a driver. We had some wonderful evenings under the stars. We love the decor and comfy furniture. The privacy was exactly what we wanted as well. The people in town were so friendly. The host was definitely one of the best hosts I’ve had. Attentive yet never violated our privacy nor made us feel uncomfortable. I love that it’s not a bunch of rentals crammed together, but actual solitude.
