“The hotel facilities needed to be looked at. The seal was worn out on the shower glass door so water leaked out to the toilet room. The worst part was us being waken up at 2a.m. with water leaking from the ceiling where the air conditioner is. I have to admit the hotel staff are very helpful that they moved us right to another hotel room, the check-in and check-out experience was very nice, the downside was just the defect of hotel facilities disrepute our sleeping and rest time ”
