of 4. All new couches and mattress - 2022. Tempur Pedic Medium foam Queen Bed, two twin mattresses with 3" memory foam toppers, all new linens + pillows. Maximum Occupancy is 4 people, this unit is not suitable for more than 3 adults. Ground Floor Unit - Walk to lift, ski to front or back door.
