"We were in the area for a wedding and the Barnes’ home was perfect for our family. Lots of room to spread out, immaculately clean, beautiful pool area, short walk down to the small beach area. Close to lots of wineries and adorable village of Mattituck. The communication with the hosts was great and they were extremely responsive. A great place to stay if you are visiting the area! "

"Andrew had thought of everything from the point of view of the traveler from instructions, cleanliness, amenities, and comfort. His communication skills are top rated as is his aesthetic design style of the home. The home truly tells a story that you should pause and read as you are heading out to the terrace or a dip in the hot tub. Sitting by the fire is so relaxing and Andrew was there to answer questions. All basic things are provided the one thing we missed was a tea kettle. "

"Kates house was very clean with a well-stocked and equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and close to the beach, the bay, and all of the North Fork. That means, in September, fantastic corn and tomatoes, beautiful beaches, and a lot of memories for my mom, who was on a bit of a memory tour. Kate also provided many useful suggestions for local restaurants and attractions, which were helpful. Only one bathroom, but if that works for you three comfortable bedrooms in a lovely spot."

You can tell the owners pour so much love and care into it, with everything from the sparkling clean floors to the crisp linens being immaculate. And the location is unbeatable, with the beach just a short, five-minute walk away. We loved being able to easily pop over to the sand whenever we wanted.The weekend was pure bliss.
