“We had issues when we first got there. They were taken care of quickly. You had assigned parking which was nice. It was a great location and close to shops and restaurants. It was a little loud at times with the train tracks near by, Police and Fire Dept. The internet was very slow, I had to use my hot spot to work. The water pressure wasn't good and the hot water stopped mid shower twice and you had to wait for it to start back. If you have dust or mildew allergies I wouldn't suggest. My nose……

“Beautiful 1883 cabin - our family enjoyed the view of the mountains and the horses too. Kitchen is well stocked in its tiny shape. Thank you!”

“The only difference we had was the listing showed 2 double beds in one room, but there wasn't a room with 2 double beds. Only one room with a double bed and futon sleeper, and then 2 other bedrooms with one bed in each. The posting needs corrected for future travelers.”

“I traveled from Alaska to visit family in Kingsport. The rental was amazing!!! I loved how clean, comfortable and quiet it was. I had coffee on the porch and read outside in the evening. We will be traveling back a few times a year and I plan to stay here as much as it is available! Thank you!!!”

“It is more beautiful and peaceful than the pictures can show. Very conveniently located to the downtown area and grocery stores. Well equipped kitchen made cooking easy. Will definitely be returning to this lovely home.”

“quiet area. Place looked great. Very nice stay.”

“Such a beautiful place! Very relaxing and peaceful environment! Alisa and Gary are great hosts!”

“Very clean and peaceful. ”

“Our stay was great! The house worked perfectly for us. If i had to say anything the furniture in the living room could be a little more comfortable and the queen mattress could be softer. And I would put blackout curtains in all the bedrooms for those who travel with kids. But overall it worked out perfectly for our needs!”

“Great location, close to downtown”
