The room was good. Better than expected. Minor issues were hard beds and mould on the bathroom windows.

The check in staff was very nice. However, on the website they said they had 24 hours between guests in each room, and yet my room still wasn't ready when promised. Hallways smelled of mothballs, no air/con in the bedroom, I could tell that many surfaces were barely wiped down. Room overall was rundown and tired. Furniture was stained and threadbare. I expected a little more for setting that said it was 4 stars on the website. Parking, while nice in the garage, had spaces so small I had to take two spaces so I could get the kids in and out without hitting another car with my doors.
