“The room is very nice clean and quiet. It was suppose to be very good, the receptionist greeting you with big smile. The only thing that is not so good is the service after we left. My daughter left behind a soft toy, there is no email address I can find online to contact them. I used their web site to contact them but didn’t get the feedback for days. The. “Excellent place to stay, reception ladies are so sweet & very nice & helpful. We had a studio for the night. Very clean & tidy. Recommend this place, bed was so comfortable, had the main essentials( Kettle,Plates,Cups,Cutlery,Bar fridge,Iron etc..) Close to all essentials Shops, Beach, Pubs. Checkout- we could leave our gears in a storeroom pickup before 6pm closing, good for last minute shopping etc. Parking was the same as well. No parking on site. Car parking available up the road bout 1min……

"I had a good stay at this hotel overall. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, which made check-in smooth. The location is convenient, and the room was clean with nice touches like a big TV and a smart toilet (similar to the ones in Japan), which I really appreciated. A couple of things could be improved: the soundproofing wasn’t great since my room was close to a major highway, and the noise from cars was noticeable at times. Also, there were way too many pillows on the bed, which felt a bit unnecessary. The room size was fine for me as a solo traveler, but I think it would feel a bit tight for two people. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers looking for a clean, comfortable place with modern amenities. "
