The Craftsman Inn has unique elements that make it stand out from chain hotels. The wood paneling and dark hallways and cozy dining area make me think of an old fashioned inn. I especially loved the mosaic floors in the room and the shower doors. The toiletries were very good quality as well.

Heads up to anyone checking in to this hotel: they don't automatically give you daily room service. You have to specifically ask for it. We found that out when we returned to the front desk and asked for towels, since the ones we used in the morning were still in a wet pile. "Did you ASK for room service?" was the response we got at the front desk before she went to get us a new supply. Otherwise, we did enjoy that the breakfast options included yogurt and fruit along with the usual assortment of pastries and waffles. Overall, the hotel seems tired, in need of an upgrade, and really overpriced.

The hotel gave us a room for a mobile-impaired person. The bathroom would be ideal for someone with a wheelchair, however, once the show turned on the bathroom floor was soaking wet with water. I found it to be unsafe and an improper design.

The hotel and attached Restaurant are both beautiful, the room was modern and comfortable. It was a great experience for my husband and I both. Plus I received a $11 credit from Expedia to use anywhere in the facilities.

The Craftsman was a great property. The 24 hour staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the morning had a great variety. The restaurant next door was convenient. Tons of shopping available across the street.

The facilities have a strange design, and the pictures in the listing are misleading. Also, the restaurant has an outdoor area which is really loud late at night, which makes it difficult to sleep.

The Craftsman Inn & Suites had a beautiful, warm and welcoming vibe. We didn’t have time to relax in the rockers on the front porch, but they looked inviting. We especially enjoyed eating dinner at the adjoining restaurant!
