We’re two blocks from the UPS campus and an easy walk to the Proctor commercial area. 6th Ave, Old Town Tacoma and the Ruston Waterfront are nearby as well. This apartment features a well-equipped and skylit kitchen, full bath and a large, comfortable common space/living area. Guests can unwind in this comfortable, cozy space. Great apartment in quiet location ear UPS. Easy access to Proctor, downtown and waterfront. Would definately stay again.

Large, airy, and very clean space perfect for me to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and do some reading. Very quiet, and I did meet and speak with the downstairs resident and enjoyed that aspect of the stay. Thank you for a terrific stay in a very nice area of Tacoma.

Great space in a lovely neighborhood

Matt’s loft apartment is beautiful and spacious. It has a well-stocked kitchen and bathroom and the bed and all the furniture is super comfy. The house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Would be very happy to stay here again anytime!!
