“Great place”

“Overall the stay was great! The view of the beach was the BEST especially for the price! My only concerns are the structural condition of the building and the cleanliness of the condo. The entire building was very dated and the condo balcony was sketchy so we didn’t feel comfortable sitting out on the balcony which was a bummer considering the view we had one the beach. I don’t think the cleaners mopped the floors of the condo or they did it very poorly. We had to wear our shoes the entire time……

“I didn’t like the fact the elevators didn’t work!”

“We had a great time the room was perfect for a weekend getaway. The beach is right at the end of parking lot 2 min walk.”

“Our late arrival posed no problem as staff prepared everything ahead of time at check-in, felt warmly welcomed instantly!”

“No issues with the room. It was a cozy condo as listed and for the price, it served its purpose. However it's located on the 3rd/4th floor and the elevators were broken. The floors are very bouncy. I wouldn't recommend small children. Still had a small ant issue but we came prepared. Easy fix. Very Close to Texas Aquarium,Lexington museum and beach as indicated. Still had an ant but we came prepared.”

“The room was dirty. It hadn’t been clean at all from the last guest at all. The view was beautiful but the place was a mess”

“The condo was very clean, cozy, and the hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout our check-in process. Not to mention the location was very convenient as you only had to walk about 2 minutes to get to the beach! Definitely looking forward to coming back!”

“easy access to eats and entertainment , through no fault of the property location , getting back from downtown was a bit annoying due to construction . the only other issue was with the a.c. , occasionally when it came on , strong odor of sewage was detected , other than that we would come again.”

“Quiet nights meant restful mornings. We liked having tea in our room every day.”

“Wonderful place. Great location. Very comfortable”

“Host answers pretty quick. The location is perfect and right next to the beach. We had a great time and I would definitely book again.”

“Quick check-in process kept things moving smoothly right from arrival, definitely appreciated that after traveling all day!”

“The outdoor pool area offered some relaxation after busy days visiting local sites, glad we had time for that!”

“Check-in process was quick which I liked since I just wanted some sleep before an early flight next morning!”

“Didn't expect so much for this price! Room cleanliness really made a difference along with free coffee available whenever needed , always perked me up early mornings!”

“Room was not cool even when dropped the temp lower was hard to sleep”

“We had such a wonderful stay at the River Cabin in Woodsboro. From the moment we arrived, Taylor’s attentiveness made us feel completely welcomed and cared for. She was warm, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit.Even though we were in town for business, the cabin offered the perfect space to unwind. The peaceful setting, the beautiful nature surrounding the property, and the overall relaxing atmosphere were exactly what we needed. The cabin was incredibly clean, cozy,……
