“The front desk staff has a very bad attitude”

“附近生活機能佳，人員親切，房間又大又乾淨，廚房設備很齊全，免費洗衣，星期六提供免費早餐,大廳有免費點心，販賣機的餅乾飲料價格合理”

“We stayed with our 3 little boys and it was perfect. The bathroom is very small but the vanity outside of it was super helpful. The amenities can’t be beat! Beautiful location. We’ll be back!”

“Location in South Lake Tahoe is great. Lobby, pools and gym are very good. No disrespect to the host… the rooms are tired and need a big refresh.”

“Amazing spot!”

“Traveling with a service dog, the front desk made me sign a pet form then I was charged a pet fee on my card which I noticed when I got home. When I called the site the did agree to reimburse me, which I have received . Hallways were pretty dirty, room was ok but not spotless. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Needs updating. Great location though. Walk to restaurants, shopping and casinos. Would try again if I return”

“I was disappointed in the size of the studio. It’s most helpful the square feet are listed, and the refrigerator was miniature. I expect a full-size refrigerator and a studio. It was very difficult to get all the food we brought into the refrigerator and it malfunctioned it froze food in the refrigerator section. Both my husband and I hit our calves on the bed frame cause the walking area is squeezed. There should be a bathmat in the shower to avoid slipping. The rugs were dirty, and the oven……

“All of those flights of stairs and no elevator. Honestly, that made it pretty miserable. If you leave something in your car, it's not just a stroll outside to the car. 6 flights of stairs in thin mountain air is brutal. Nice place. Too bad it's all lost on that miserable hike up the stairs.”

“Very clean and comfortable. Has everything we might need for our stay. Appreciated the kitchen stocked with dishes. No issues at all, the area was quiet and nice. Would love to return for ski season!!”

“This property was perfect for our family of four -- kiddos had their own space downstairs and furniture was comfy!”

“The property was great. The host was very helpful. The view was great. The kitchen was even better than expectations, fully stocked coffee pantry.”

“We had a great stay at this VRBO. The rooms were clean, and the unit was well-stocked with everything we needed. The towels were fresh and clean, and the kitchen appliances were spotless and ready to use, making meal preparation easy. The unit had plenty of lighting throughout, although the second bathroom shower was quite dark once the shower curtain was closed because there wasn't a light inside the shower area.We also appreciated the thoughtful extras, including a selection of board games and……

“This place needs a renovation. Cabinets and furniture are old and worn. The showerglass doors won’t open properly and easily jump out of their tracks presenting a hazard. There is only hanging closet space. Common amenities like the gym are also ancient and low quality. That said, the location is great for a palisades and booking and check in were easy. ”

“Great stay, easy access, very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen has everything you need.”

“Overall, we had an okay stay, but there were several issues that future guests should be aware of.The view was absolutely beautiful and was one of the best parts of the property. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, which we appreciated. However, the condo was smaller than we expected from the listing. It also wasn’t as clean as we had hoped—we noticed cobwebs, some lights didn’t work, and the toaster was broken. There were also quite a few personal belongings……
