“This is our third time staying at The Surf Yamba and honestly I don’t want to stay anywhere else! We were in Yamba for 2 nights but The Surf was only available for one. While our other nights accommodation wasn’t cheap, wow did we appreciate The Surf that much more when we checked in. It’s all the little things that just add up to a marvellous stay. “The Captains Bridge apartment was very suitable for the 2 of us, very well laid out and it was stocked with everything you can ask for even though we brought some of the basic foods with us, walking distance to the bowls club and great Chinese meal to top it off and we dined at other eating establishments the local pub and 383 restaurant and both had excellent meals, will definitely be back to Wooli ”

“Family trip. We wish we could stay there longer to enjoy the silent ambient and also the facilities. We have a big room and it is very convenience to parking our car directly at the front door of our "house". We encountered a snake at the pool and the staff there attended it and helped monitor it to ensure we feel safe. ”

“We had a lovely stay in The Carmel. It is more than just a motel. The room is very clean and fresh, aircon works very well. You have everything you need in the room. You can play pickle ball, basketball. There is a pool and bbq. You can also borrow a bike (quite a few of them hardly ran out) to ride around. Great walking/bike riding track to the lighthouse ans the breakwall. The staffs are so friendly and professional. They will give you tips for what to do, where to dine in the lovely……

“The location is great (a short walk to main, convent and pippi beaches) and reception staff are super lovely. The residence itself is like a time capsule from 1990 - everything is very tired and run down but functional, we honestly only slept there so it didn't bother us too much as we booked for the location which was close to our friends house on Ocean Street. Kitchen could have been a bit cleaner, some of the cutlery was dirty and there was lots of crumbs in the utensil drawers but……
