Our initial room experienced a water leak, highlighting the importance of thorough inspections prior to room assignments. Additionally, there were instances where water service was unexpectedly interrupted without prior notice. The television intermittently lost signal for prolonged periods, and excessive noise from hallway dehumidifiers was disruptive. Improved communication would greatly enhance guest experience; I found myself frequently visiting the front desk to address these issues. Overall, these experiences make me hesitant to consider staying here again in the future.

Our stay was comfortable. Ashley the front desk specialist was awesome amazing along with the 3rd shift male with the happy spirit. Our stay was from 6/16-6/19. Only complaint was the drippy tub which dripped all night. Other then that we were completely satisfied with our stay and will definitely stay again. P.s. we did not make a complaint about the tub, asked could we get a shower only and there wasnt one avaliable.

Nice location and amenities(pool) , but room was FILTHY. Mold in the shower, crumbs on the floor, trash in drawers, terrible smell through out the room. Honestly wouldn’t stay here again if it wasn’t for the fact it’s a pet friendly location.

This was our first visit to Tampa. The ladies at the front desk were very cordial whether it was during the day or late in the evening. We were always greeted and made welcome. We enjoyed everything about our stay.
