The location of this one-bedroom apartment is ideal - close to the city center, yet nestled in a peaceful environment. Direct tram connection to Tampere city center is available right from the doorstep (every 7 minutes). You can also enjoy the magnificent outdoor activities along the shores of Lake Näsijärvi, located just across the street!
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need. Unwind at the spacious sauna after a long day visiting the city.
Cozy and spacious living room, kitchen and dining area combine a home-like environment. There is also a separate bedroom with access to the enclosed balcony as well as a spacious hallway with access to the apartment's bathroom. The bathroom features a beautiful sauna for you to use.
The apartment is fully equipped for both short and long stays. Kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, and other amenities are provided. There is also plenty of storage space for your personal belongings.
The apartment is ideal for two people, but the apartment also includes a high-quality single air mattress for additional accommodation.

Peaceful neighborhood and quiet residential complex. All the houses in the neighborhood are new.
In front of the building (less than 100 meters away), there is a tram stop. There is a direct tram connection to the city center every seven minutes. Tram fares can be paid with a payment card.
You can also park your car free of charge in front of an office building 300 meters away from the apartment.
The apartment is located in the beautiful area of Santalahti. Just a short walk across the street, you will find Santalahti Beach, offering a scenic setting for outdoor activities. The beach, along with a café, is available during the summer season.
Noisy parties are prohibited. We kindly ask you to respect the residents of the building.
