Lovely location and lush green setting. Hotel itself is a little tired but very well maintained and looks like being updated. Room and amenities were still lovely and spacious. Sunset BBQ dinner was great and the pools are very nice.

Outstanding check-in experience with efficient and helpful team. Seaview suite was huge and well designed and immaculate. Multiple dining options and two poolside cocktail bars. There are also a couple of boutique shops selling quality souvenirs and essentials. The private beach is well maintained and the sea very clean and warm. The resort team are the icing on the cake, so professional, attentive and well-mannered. Definitely a must for those looking for a luxurious and relaxing break from city life.

We as a family had an amazing stay. Booked an extra night. Location at beach with amazing views, incredible rooms, fantastic swimming pools. Staff is incredible friendly and helpful. If you are at Langkawi this would be the place for me to book again. We had other hotels in Langkawi on this trip. This was by far the best.

The Sea View is unique and impressive, with long wide sand beach and big rocks studded in the middle of sea, create a stunning view... Besides the friendly & helpful staffs, environment is nature, room design is attractive, but balcony is a bit close to each unit.

Tanjung Rhu Resort is located in a dream spot. Absolutely stunning private beach with beautiful sunsets. Beautifully maintained garden and lovely pool areas (separate pool for adults only which is ideal for a couple). Very attentive and friendly staff really made us feel welcome and taken care off. Dinner options not very exciting but great selection for breakfast. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back any time over the more ‘highly rated’ places in the west of the island where we’ve stayed as well.

We had a wonderful stay - the resort location is peaceful and stunning on its own private beach with amazing views. The staff are attentive and friendly. The food and drinks were great. The sea view room was amazing, especially at sunset!
