“An excellent little tiny home on a farm. From the house you cannot see any other people or buildings, but you can hear the noise from the highway (which wasn't bad, just unexpected). The owner was lovely and very responsive, the tiny home was warm and minimalist, and the property was very peaceful. My only suggestion is that they do a good clean as although it was tidy, the crockery and utensils were greasy, and the frypan and saucepan had remnants so had to be washed before use. Just a note……

“I’m”

“Beautiful and well maintained property to stay with a group of friends, enjoy nature and tranquility. ”

“The apartment is in a great location near shops, eateries and transport. It had everything I needed in the kitchen and roomy lounge area and bedroom. Highly recommend.”

“It had everything we needed. A comfy bed each and everything we needed in the living area. It is in a central but with a secluded feeling. A very quiet neighbourhood. A great stay Thank you ”

“Lovely host, quick to answer messages. The unit was lovely. Clean, comfy beds and very well presented in a quiet area. Had everything we needed. Thank you Helen! Will try and book again for our next visit.”

“Great property well located in Ainslie however the lead photo of Government House in Yarralumla misled us. We didn't know Government House and believed we were staying in a repurposed mansion like one we know of in Melb. Despite that, the property was very clean, modern and we appreciated how close it was to the shops with great cafes and a supermarket.”

“Great space, Clean house, Comfortable for a large group”

“The house and property were absolutely beautiful—very clean and perfect for a family stay. The only minor feedback would be that the kitchen could use a few more oven trays and dishes. We were also woken at 7am by the gardener who turned on the sprinklers and then began mowing the lawn. While we completely understand the need for property maintenance, it would have been appreciated if we had been notified in advance.”

“A couple of minor cleaning issues. Great location and good that there is parking also. Very good layout, for both bedrooms and bathrooms, if two separate individuals/couples are staying. Would recommend!”

“The property was clean & comfortable, walking distance to shops and cafes. There could have been more kitchen utensils, eg. a small juice squeezer, more large chopping boards. The exhaust fan over the hotplates, needed cleaning. The small backyard had not been swept of leaves for quite some time, constantly walking through the thick layer of leaves to get to the back door. We were unable to use the car park outside the garage door, due to another "P" plate car parked there the whole time we……

“We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spacious and perfect for our group of 13 celebrating my 40th birthday weekend. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The only suggestion I'd make would be to add a few full-length mirrors throughout the house. With such a large group getting ready at the same time, having only the bathroom mirrors made it a little tricky. A couple of additional mirrors in the bedrooms or living areas would make a huge……
