"Good location, clean room. Limited on site parking but deals in place with the NCps locally"

"A used sanitary product was found in our room when we arrived that was not ours, staff were made aware and could not have cared less which made us question the cleanliness of the room and whether the sheets had even been changed due to this and the thick layer of dust in the room Food was beyond poor we stopped eating from the hotel, staff would not let you into the dining area without a room card despite them having a sheet of room numbers and names, and the wristbands you are made to wear Internet had no connection Hotel also accepted 3 large groups of 40+ school kids during our stay which was extremely off putting Environment was chaotic, there were queues to get into the dining area and kids running riot every time you went in Storage in the rooms was also limited there was no where to put suitcases as they do not fit under the bed and rooms were extremely noisy (potentially due to the large groups of school kids)"

"Very nice hotel and staff in a great central location for easy walking to city centre, restaurants and sites of interest. Pool was nice. Only comment would be that the rooms are not very sound proof, but thanks to having earplugs in our toiletry bag we wslept well."

"The hotel is well located the rooms and bathroom are great clean, modern, and the king bed in our room was huge! Comfortable pillows, breakfast are good too, the staffs are friendly and always welcoming you."

"Lovely, clean studio apartment. We had a balcony which was perfect for relaxing in the sun in the evening. The windows and doors to the balcony block out a lot of noise so barely heard the trains going past. Bed was huge and comfortable so we slept well. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful!"
