The breakfast menu had lots of variety, including eggs to order and quality coffee. Gabi the chef was very pleasant and provided guests with advice on facilities available around town.

Good basic hotel.

Stork Nest Inn is well located, clean, well taken care of. A good breakfast was included. We found the bed too hard and it simply didn't feel like it was good value for the rate we paid.

Cute clean building Breakfast consists of fried eggs, ham, sausage, hash browns and pancakes, dry cereal, yogurt, bread, coffee, tea, juice & water. Some staff friendly some not so much. No coffee pot or drinking water in room.

What a great find. This well run inn is located in downtown Smithers, close to shops, restaurants and city attractions. There is adequate parking. Rooms are pleasant and clean with comfortable beds. I was impressed by the reception staff and the breakfast room lady. The complimentary breakfast was well cooked. I stayed here twice on the going and the return trips. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very basic, with a nice surprise later! Rooms are very sparsely equipped but clean with comfortable beds and modern but modest bathrooms. The decor is rustic with bare walls and the TV system is 20 years out of date. The hotel was very quiet. Front desk closes at 11pm. It's very mom and pop, and felt unremarkable...BUT there was one surprise in store for the morning: The breakfast is OUTSTANDING. There was sausage, ham, pancakes, cereal, toast and juice/coffee, but also EGGS MADE TO ORDER! It was a nice treat and a really good finishing touch to start your day before you checked out. This isn't really meant for longer stays or for business travel where you need lots of amenities, but as a stopover in a small town it was excellent.

Amazing staff! I didn’t try the included breakfast but it sure smelt amazing and the dining area was filled. Next time for sure. Bed was pretty hard. I used an extra blanket for comfort. No coffee in the room, but it’s not a game changer since the amazing staff have it ready for you! I brought a bit of a bigger cup.
