“The villa is as described, lovely place with excellent views over Lake Garden, impressed with the area / path to the village, which is 5 minutes walk away. Additional free parking at the boat yard was excellent. Only negative feedback was the threadbare sofa in the living area, could do with a recover, that said everything else was absolutely fine.”

“Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und bietet mit 5 Schlafzimmern und jeweiligem Bad im Zimmer viel Platz. Es gibt eine große moderne Küche und einen separaten Fernsehraum. Der Außenbereich am Weinberg ist ansprechend inklusive Gartenmöbel und Grill. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist mit einem Tor mit Fernbedienung gesichert. Von Rovereto aus lassen sich mit dem Auto oder der Bahn (z.B. Verona) schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Wohnung für 10 Personen, aber nur ein……

“Nice villa with gorgeous view of Lake Garda! If not renting a car, be prepared for a 10-15 minute walk from the main part of town. Be sure to take the ferry to visit other lake towns. Views are breathtaking!”

“The garden, grounds and pool area of this villa are wonderful, and where we spent most of our time. Lovely views, secluded and quiet. The inside of the villa has everything you require, and the view from the master bedroom is quite spectacular. The owner was very helpful when we became stranded to a vehicle issue, despite being on holiday at the time himself. A couple of points to be aware of - the access road is quite tight, like much of rural Italy, and so I would not advise using a large 4x4……

“Die Anfahrt gestaltet sich ziemlich abenteuerlich, dafür belohnt der herrliche Ausblick über den See. Die schöne Außenanlage bietet viel Platz um sich zu sonnen, zum Grillen und geselligem Beisammensein. Der Pool hat eine tolle Länge zum Schwimmen. Man sollte allerdings gut zu Fuß sein, denn die drei Hauskomplexe fordern mit vielen Treppen heraus. Die Innenausstattung ist zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir fanden es sehr gemütlich.”

“For the second time we had a very nice and relaxing stay in this excellently equipped house in Bogliaco. Only a few meters from the lake and with a beautifull view. We definitely come back to this lovely place!”
