“I communicated twice with host on arrival time at 6-7pm but there was nobody there serving us. We had to get keys from the owner of the restaurant next door. Nobody spoke English! The BnB is on a walking street so finding it was a pain. Parking is on street and we needed to haul our luggage from parking spot to BnB then another 20 steep steps to room. It was a very unpleasant check in experience ”

“A little hidden gem only minutes away from Palermo airport. Room was very clean, and provided lovely botanical soaps and shampoos for guests. Staff was always commmunicative, very helpful and accommodating. Free on-site parking was a definite plus. Breakfast on rooftop terrace was convenient, as well as their 24-hour self-serve coffee and snack bar. Our room had a private terrace with direct access to the heated pool, which was lovely after a long day of travel. We recommend the Marina Boutique……

“Apart from the great view during breakfast and the warm, enthusiastic front desk staff, this guesthouse is utterly disappointing and highly not recommended. I have never been to a place that doesn't offer eggs for breakfast. The only food available was unpalatable cakes, very hard bread, chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and some peaches that were nearly rotten. The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can clearly hear someone sneezing in the room on the floor below, and at around 2:00……
