The beach is of fine white sand with crystal clear shallow waters ideal for children reachable in a couple of minutes on foot.
The other beaches and coves of the Marina di Tertenia can be reached in 1 minute by car.
IN RESIDENCE INDEPENDENT VILLA CAPO SCHIERA WITH VERANDA AND PRIVATE GARDEN
IDEAL FOR:

- various dishes - fridge and oven - dishwasher - satellite TV decoder - washing machine - mosquito nets (excluding French doors). The villa has 4 air conditioners (one in the kitchen / dining room and one in each bedroom).
- linen excluded. Bed linen and towels are not included in the booking. On request it is possible to rent it.

in the summer, there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, food outlets, a weekly market, local fruit and vegetable shops within 1 or 2 minutes by car at the Marina di Tertenia.
Inside the residence there is a grocery store with a butcher and rotisserie.
All other primary services such as bank, post office, pharmacy, food stores, butchers, fishmonger, medical guard, shops of all kinds etc. they are located in the village of Tertenia which is about 13 km from the Marina area, all reachable in a few minutes by car.
