"Excellent stay. Great location for ski lifts especially with the escalators! The pool and spa area were great. Kids loved having a pool. We stayed in a 6 person 1 bedroom apartment and would definitely stay again!"

"Awesome chalet with easy access to the ski slopes (15 minutes to Oz). The host Chloe was very accommodating and responsive. When we got stuck one night on the road to the chalet, due to a snowstorm, the host immediately contacted the neighbors who came to help and drove us the next day to pick up our car. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended! Merci beaucoup! "

"Good communication through what’s up. The person welcomed us, showed the room and was very pleasant. The property have kitchen, bathroom and beds. Almost all you need except towels and bedding (?). We have been told it’s common here and offered to buy some for the same price as room itself. It’s the 1st time we encountered this in our many travels around different countries. Not having toiletries? No problem. No dish soap? Strange having a kitchen and no dish soap to clean dished, but ok. But no towels and even bedding? It wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Otherwise the stay was good. I wish we had more view of mountains from our apartment. Overall I would recommend staying here. Beautiful nature!"

"The apartment was not as the pictures described it on the website, very misleading. Kids bedroom with no windows and had black mold on the ceiling There was also no window in the bathroom and extractor fan did not work, so also had black mold Toilet sink had come away from wall, the shelf was propped up with bits of paper The kitchen had kick boards missing, the fridge didn’t work properly and was generally old and tired looking The second night (Sunday) there was a big party in the room next to reception and outside it in the parking area, screaming shouting and drinking outside our window until about 2 am when the ambulance arrived "
