“3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself”

“Easy check in upon arrival. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was a solo traveller and booked bed and breakfast. Room was clean and tidy, I like a cold room and was pleased I could make it very cool. Used the sheet on the first night and the duvet after that which was in the wardrobe with spare pillows but I had plenty on my huge bed. The view of the bay is stunning as all of the rooms overlook the beach and indeed the hotel’s beautiful gardens. If you are looking for a full-on, adrenaline pumped, pool- gamed hotel … this is not the hotel for you. Since they don't use key cards, you have to leave your key at the front desk every time you go out, but the staff had a casual, friendly manner that was pleasant enough. I deducted one star because I could clearly hear the sounds of chairs being dragged and heavy footsteps from the floor above—even past 1:00 AM—and because the bathroom had a slightly unpleasant, musty smell.”
