“Staff was friendly, laundry service was cheap, and they helped us set up a reasonably priced transfer to Koh Samui the following day that included pick up from the hotel. The location was very far out of town though and because of that, we probably would not stay there again. Overall a good stay!”

The reception even allocated me ground floor because I told her I have heavy luggage and have to leave early in the morning. “I loved that the staff were friendly and helpful. What I didn't like was that the shower was very slippery and dangerous. The resort was nice but it looked a bit run down as though it had fallen on hard times and the wifi didn't work. The kind and friendly and helpful staff more than made up for that though and I would definitely stay again.”
