“It was a good overnight stay 1. nice and safe car parking which is important for me 2. rooms are clean 3. excellent breakfast 4. good wifi, could get work done. The hotel is bang on the highway; the Google Maps incorrectly shows that you should take a left ( coming from Amritsar to Delhi) around 1 km before the property and travel on a side road. But you can directly turn left at the property from the highway. ”

“The entrance to the property is not pleasant and it is dusty dirty highway. I booked comfort Inn believing I will get an American standard hotel, towel, linen all sparkling and hygienic. The room did not have compatible electric fittings for my US laptop cable, IPhone, watch charging slots. It was difficult to believe a relatively new hotel will not care about it. It was not easy to get an adapter. I had to wait each time for the little things in room that makes your stay blissfully peaceful. I……

“HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - everything, right from the condition of the rooms to the service of the staff was downright disgusting. The suite was infested with big flies - not just one or two but so many that we could not even kill all of them and after many hassles and phone calls were moved to another smaller room which was also as bad as the suite.
