Rooms were amazing and while booking 1 bedroom loft that I didn’t know how it was in real life I’ve always stayed in a one bedroom apartment and when I went to the one bedroom loft and needed help changing rooms to a one bedroom apartment tasa was amazing help changing! Big shoot out to tasa she was great help and my kids love her she’s always happy and smiling :)

Very friendly staff and room with water view from good the room is amazing! The only thing could improve is the crowd control in the swimming pool and room internet service ( had to ask for a code for our room every day to access internet). Otherwise really happy with our stay!

Apart from the late check in due to unwell staff at no means their fault, our room was not ready at the check in time. We could only gain access after an hour but the reception was very accommodating and allowed us an our late check out and gave us a bottle of wine. The room was very clean, well lit, comfy bed and loved the bath shower idea. The products they use for complimentary toiletries are very nice. Just might need a new fridge, the door on the insde was broken. The pool and jacuzzi was also a nice touch to the hotel. Will book again with my family.

Oaks The Entrance Waterfront was a great location however the property is really dated. The staff were under the pump when everyone arrived at 2:00, and had some difficult people to deal with and managed it well with smiles on their faces doing the best they could. The pool has so many tiles missing off the surface you're lucky not to cut your feet, and the spa is awful. This area was huge and would be excellent if updated and maintained.The gym was closed altogether which was a big disappointment to us. The rooms are dated with difficult small access into the shower over a corner spa. The balcony area was lovely to sit and look over the water. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was handy and had everything you would need.
